It's ASCII text. Starting at 96e8, you've got 'PD not allocated', CR, LF, 0x00

Some code somewhere loads a pointer to that text, then most likely calls a print function.

the 'ret' instruction is the last in the function. nowhere the function instruction jumps to below code (it use only r15). strange code ends with the next function label.
