Hi,
here is a somple code from TI for IAR 1.x:
http://random.linux-site.net/files/unsorted/kartenleser_ti/
My company has a bug-free version with debugging features e. g. for not
existing addresses ;-)
For a 64 MB MMC it takes approx. 1 h for writing, 1/2 h for reading.
With overclocking (of only the MSP) it should be 100 % faster.
Regards

I calculated the time to fill a 64Mb MMC at 5.85h, but it actually took
6.5h.
that means you have working MMC code :-)
do you write FAT filesystem or a custom format and is your code open
source?
if it were available it would make a good part for the examples, i think
there are a couple of people interested in MMC. We had threads concering
that topic earlier that have shown that trend, i think.
But so far, nobody has posted a larger example A. Schwarz has posted a
sample wich initialized the card, but thats all.
