I assume you mean SOIC and 0.600" wide, here's one from Digikey:
Looks like this one does up to 40 pins: A339-ND
Note, it does not have standard DIP pins, you have to use an adapter to make it 
DIP:
A728-ND
I don't work for Digi-key.
I'm sure there are others, as well as cheaper places to find this (samples from 
MFG?),
but DK is easy to search.
