Could some knowledgeable person say a bit about the floating point representation used on the MSP430? The manual stops short after telling us that a float is 32 bits. How many bits of mantissa are used? How many bits are preserved in elementary operations such as multiplication and division? -- Rick Jenkins <r...@hartmantech.com> Hartman Technica http://www.hartmantech.com Phone +1 (403) 230-1987 voice & fax 221 35 Avenue.
