Solved this (had copied a old version of cygwin1.dll after installation of
mspgcc with some tools to the disc ;-).
But now it does not have a "include" path
(no include path in which to find io.h) How does it find the

I think I should delete it all and restart again ;-).
Do not install anywhere but the default location. We should remove the
ability to install in non-default locations from the installer. They do
not work.
