Check for multiple cygwin1.dll files. You need only one and multiple installs
of the
compiler sometimes leave one lying around (even after an uninstall).

Subject: [Mspgcc-users] problems with mspgcc and win98

hello

i upgraded from mspgcc-030306.exe to mspgcc-20040401.exe ...

this worked fine for win2000, but on my win98 machine gcc exits with this
message:
cc1 : internal error: segmentation fault!

also a direct start of cc1 causes an immeadiate exit with the same message....

some ideas (except of using mspgcc-030306.exe again :-) ?

thx,
matthias
