This leads me to believe the reset and/or test pins are not getting pulled high and low properly. I have the reset pin with a 33K resistor to Vcc (3v). I've tried different values, at 1K, it seems more stable. Perhaps the power supply is unstable? I've put in big capacitors to no effect. I'm about at wits ends, and soldered together a whole new board and MSP430 and I get the same behavior, and have not spent about 12 hours trying to fix/debug this problem. Any ideas appreciated!
