hi everyone, i am attaching a tar.gzipped file. this file has the code for this problem.
the master and slave run on two different olimex stk2 kits with msp430x449s. i have been trying to simulate the I2C STOP condn. for the slave. so upon pressing button2 on the master, the clk and the data lines go high. this is the webpage im using as i2c reference: http://perso.club-internet.fr/mbouget/i2c-faq.html specifically: http://perso.club-internet.fr/mbouget/i2c-faq.html#IC_017 however, the slave responds to a stop condn, even when the master is not sending any! so i put in a "dint()" so as to disable ALL ints. but still the slave is detecting ints. how is that possible?? plz help. regards, karan CM II Resolution Systems Inc.
