Hansjörg, you were absolutely right. A kind of 'Reinstalling' solved the problem. Reinstalling a software that has no installer made me think about wrong configuration files as i had CDT installed after the first run of eclipse. (*) After doing that there is finally a "C/C++ Make Project" to select and also a similar entry in the perspectives.
