CCE consists of Eclipse + CDT + our own extensions, plus GDB and our own 
compiler underneath of Eclipse.

I don't think the sources have made it to the web yet.  If you want them, 
request them via the feedback link on the beta page.  All of the Eclipse 
plugins are licensed under the CPL.  GDB and gmake are GPL.  The rest (e.g. 
drivers, compiler) are proprietary.
