Wow, quick response. Thanks for that. In answer to your question; "Umm... Maybe". The JTAG is from Olimex (details here: http://www.olimex.com/dev/msp-jtag.html) which does not have a pin conveniently labelled XOUT. However on the motherboard the JTAG TCLK pin is connected to the XOUT/TCLK pin on the ยต. Is that what you mean? If this is a problem would simply disconnecting that wire on our JTAG fix the problem?
