- the list allows posting only for members. a service for you so that
you receive less spam. there are a few russian mails and some viri
each week
- the sender was not subscibed to the list, so that the message gets
caught in the admin queue (the sender receives a message that this has
happened)
- i don't go to the list admin interface every day to sort out good and
bad messages, that's where the delay comes from.
