The white paper gives an overview over the improvements. Some things
are really nice, like smaller flash segments, faster programming
time, internal pullup/downs, etc.
They run faster, have lower standby current, can leap tall buildings in
a single bound, etc. However, for most people the biggest improvement is
brownout detection. Only the 4xx parts had that before.
