Hi, I've just downloaded the latest build of mspgcc-win32, dated 20060502. There seems to be a problem with the include paths - gcc is searching in the absolute path "/f/prog/msp430/sf/packaging/build/installed/" instead of relative to the installed path on my own machine. It's been a while since I updated my mspgcc-win32, but the last version I used, from 20050422, works fine.
