I am trying to use the MSP-FET430UIF with msp430-jtag on FC5. I downloaded the
ti_usb_3410_5052_FC4_FC5 from sourceforge and followed the
instructions in the FC5/README file.
After doing a restart I do not see the /dev/ttyUSBxx device. I do see
a /dev/bus/usb/002/004 device. Also after disconnecting and
reconnecting the USB connector I ran dmesg and noticed that the
firmware didn't download. I am not sure what -32 or error -5 is.
Has anyone had success with FC5 and the FET430UIF?
Thanks.
