it does not, in fact. the web frontend is unaccessible, but CVS access
is ok.
Developer, non-developer and web access have been coming and going quite
a bit lately. None of them worked when I tried to add some files last
night. Right now they all seem to be working. It looks like sourceforge
may be falling apart.
