That's what I suspected.

My fallback is to use the IAR debugger to run the program, but
the IAR debugger doesn't seem to be able to talk to the board
reliably (other tools don't have any problems).  The lack of
support for the '23x0 family in msp430-gdbproxy sure has made
this project painful...
