The documentation seems to indicate that the Win32 installer installs the make, diff, rm, and other utilities. However, I can't seem to find any of these on my system after installing mspgcc-20080619.exe. Am I expected to install these manually with a cygwin install, or did I just download the wrong package? Please CC me when you answer.
