I think I've asked the wiki question at least twice - but AFAIR I got no
answer.
Anyway, a wiki would save us a lot of time - so let's install it. Who
could install a wiki on sf.net? Maybe Chris? Or do we have to host it
somewhere else? Actually, I could host it on my server, but it would
make much more sense to keep things together on the official website.
