I was attempting today to build and application using the latest msp-gcc
from CVS using the MSP430X branch for the msp430x1611. When I compile,
"Error: Extended instruction (bra) not allowed with msp430x1611 mcu" is
reported. When the compiler is set to compile and not link, the final
instruction in main is a "bra" instruction.

This remains despite using
-mmcu=msp430x1611 and the -mdata-64k option.
Please do not use -mdata-64k option with non-430X, as it causes linking wrong
(non-hwmul) libraries.
