[Mspgcc-users] Latest supported compiler?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out which port of mspgcc is being actively 
developed/supported
amongst mspgcc3 and mspgcc4 ports.
I have some compiler bugs to report but I am not sure which port is being
supported. Also I would appreciate if I could know to whom should I 
report these
bugs to?
