It was about my source path. I set the console to verbose and saw a
perfectly good path that the debugger said was bad. After setting the
debugger source to 'Absolute File Path', it would take my breakpoints.
I'm using windows and from what I read it sounds like something to do
with back slashes in the path, but I'm not sure.
But I can EZ my 2013 again!
