yep. memory starts at 0xf800 on this chip.

i'm using mspdebug 0.12 with a lauchpad kit with that chip, where it
works quite well. though sometimes i need to unplug the kit to be able
to connect again (it reports an error, but it does the same for the
serial port too.)

and for the cpu support, you can compile for a f2012, which is basically
the same chip. just note that the "value" part has only the 1Mhz clock
calibration values in flash while the F20xx has also higher frequencies
available there.
