Yes, I did it. At the time of the 20110612 release, gcc 4.5.2 was no
more available as Debian source package to patch, so in fact I had to
apply the patch against the current available one, ie. 4.5.3. 
As the version number should suggest, this is FSF gcc 4.5.3 with the
mspgcc-4.5.2-20110612 patch applied.
This is also happening for binutils, where newer packages were
introduced.
