It looks as if the GNU mirrors no longer offer binutils-2.21.1 or
GDB-7.2, however I have updated the wiki to point to the newer binutils
and GDB.

At the time I wrote the wiki page, those references were working.
Hopefully GNU won't break them again.

FYI,

I never intended the page to be gospel, only a guide to help as of a
certain release date.  I spend about 2 weeks trying to get all the
prerequisites, correct patches, etc to get everything installed and I
wanted to help others speed things along.
