This is on the plan for the 4.6.x-based development series that just
started.  There'll be a couple releases for prep work, with full
support ready in a couple months.

There is an existing gcc 3.2.3-based port available in the historical
archives, if you need something before then.  Upstream binutils has
some support too, though it's not compatible with the more recent
mspgcc work.

I believe mspdebug is already complete for high-memory operations.
