the libusb0.dll is just needed to get mspdebug run at all, because the dll
will be loaded by the OS due to dependencies in mspdegug.exe
So if mspdebug.exe starts at all, you are fine with libusb0.dll.
Which drivers do you have installed for the FET?
How is the (virtual) serial port configured?
