The correct msp430-libc release version for LTS-20120406 is 20120224,
as listed in the msp430-libc.version file in the release itself.  The
description in the file release area, which was meant to be
informative rather than normative, has been corrected.

There was no release of msp430-libc on 20120324, so whatever you're
downloading with wget is probably an HTML page saying it couldn't find
that file.
