works with the latest version of eclipse:

The plugin handles much of this tedious setup for gcc and mspdebug
inside of eclipse.

I've only tried it on linux and it works great from me.  Although
sometimes I want more control over msp430-gcc arguments than it
allows. In that case, I just use a cross platform target and do all
the setup by hand.
