The preliminary patch is the one below (which is one line if it
happens to get wrapped).  It sets the low 32 values of the interrupt
vector table to 0xFFFF instead of the default interrupt handler.  This
is done in the C runtime modules provided by the compiler, so you
would have to rebuild gcc.

The final fix will be similar but will preserve the ability to set a
different value; that'll enable people to set the BSL and JTAG
passwords when they need to.
