No.

It's undefined behavior.

You shouldn't expect consistency in undefined behavior from one
compiler to the next.  You shouldn't expect consistency in undefined
behavior from one version of mspgcc to the next.  You shouldn't expect
consistency in undefined behavior from one compile to the next.  You
shouldn't expect constency in undefined behavior from one program run
to the next.  You shouldn't expect constency in undefined behavior
from one loop iteration to the next.
