Ok, so the information is now accurate. Is there some sort of summarisation that runs at a specific interval to generate this information?

As an example, the heartbeat DDR date/time is different to what I see when I go to the properties of a client and view it. Same deal with the hinv scan - I go into resource explorer and it's a different date/time. The info that gets displayed in that bottom window, where does it get it from?
