For a while I have creating a html5 web frontend that fully support rbac and the application model that I have been planning to release to the public. It is much more feature rich that Ron's older tool but still very simple. Internally it has been working well and our guys seem to enjoy it. Once I have the time, the last few bugs will be fixed and I will release it to all, for free.
