Basically we wrap all our deployments in a wisel script which creates a mif-file where we add any pertinent information that we find relevant for each deployment. We then use this extended information in the reports. We are getting ready to move over to Flexera Admin Studio and have not been able to find the feature in the product to generate mifs like we do in wise. A couple of questions, any recommendations as far as whether to not use mifs in SCCM 2012? If mifs are not used, how can you get the same type of reporting in SCCM 2012? Does anyone have a powershell script to create a mif? Any suggestions are welcomed.
