Keep in mind when you disable from the advertisement screen, it disabling the Program for that Package, not the advertisement. If you need to see if its disabled you have to look at the Programs under that Package under the Application Management Node. Just add the Program Status column.

I've checked the deployment tab on each package and can't see how to add a column to see this info. Likewise the deployments node in the monitoring section doesn't allow me to see the status either.
