Went thru this a number of years ago when I was at a previous employer prior to 1E. It was an unmitigated disaster. Tiv worked well enough in the data center for the server support side of things, but as a desktop/laptop tool it was just brain dead... SWD was especially ugly. They may have improved it in the past number of years but they had a very long way to go IMO
