Excuse my ignorance ... what's a "Sailor client machine" ? I've google-fu'd ... can't find anything. You don't mention which version of ConfigMgr you are running (2007 or 2012), what you have set up so far, what your enviroment is like, what Operating System your Clients are running, nothing much really. Only your environment, when properly set up, can tell you what patches are required on your machines.
