Thanks Dan, I appreciate the response,....john I've used all 4 methods when using a Macintosh, which what I'm working towards...delivery of software content, but I cannot for the life of me see on the mac side what is occurring but only by looking at the esd logs on the server. I keep seeing an rpc error and our mac engineer has the findings so I'm waiting to hear back from him

They said, closing and reopening the browser is what it takes to create a new session.
