Hi Phil,

It's little tricky but you should be able to do that using the SCCM Package
and Advertisement conditions.
You should be able to write a script (wrapper) for the restart with a
prompt to user and set the advertisment to re-run if failed. If user
postpone the reboot exit it as a failed and if reboot then exit with
success and create a file for logging.
