Forgot to mention criteria for OU...

Considering you say "Employee OU", I am assuming we are talking about
machine accounts and not user accounts.

Would look something like this, just replace the <OU-PATH> part with
reflect the Employee OU...

select SMS_R_System.ResourceId, SMS_R_System.ResourceType,
SMS_R_System.Name, SMS_R_System.SMSUniqueIdentifier,
SMS_R_System.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup, SMS_R_System.Client from
SMS_R_System inner join SMS_G_System_PROCESSOR on
SMS_G_System_PROCESSOR.ResourceID = SMS_R_System.ResourceId where
SMS_G_System_PROCESSOR.AddressWidth = 32 and SMS_R_System.SystemOUName like
"%<OU-PATH>%" and SMS_R_System.OperatingSystemNameandVersion like
"Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 6.1%"
