Not PRISM, the bigger issue is the ruling that year that once you upload data to a third party you have forfeited your property rights to the data. I do not think that has really sunk in with people yet. It does go in line with PRISM though, it is no longer your data, so they do not need your permission to access it. you gave it away when it went to the cloud.
