Best bet, look in the sccm history to see when it was removed.
Then look at the windows security logs for that time to see who was logged in.

It looks like someone removed this kit from a couple of our primaries out 
there. I don't see a change control or anything. But also, I cant find any 
event in event viewer to show when it was uninstalled.

Are there any logs for the HP integration kit that would show me who/what/when 
this was uninstalled?
