Unlike hardware inventory WMI classes (and SQL views), there is no way to "join" the SMS_Boundary WMI class to the SMS_R_System WMI class. It doesn't logically make sense, as clients can roam amongst site boundaries. If you want to build collections that are site-specific, I'd suggest using the ADSiteName property of the SMS_R_System WMI class.
