So quick note, the second list only failed if it had less applications in its 
list than the first list. Really odd bug. :)

To my knowledge, this is supposed to address that though.

Fixed:
A task sequence that has multiple "Install Application" steps may fail. 
Additionally, the following error message is logged in the SMSTS.log file:
Error Task Sequence Manager failed to execute task sequence. Code 0x80004005

If talking about Install Application from a variable then the first Install 
Applications step runs but the second always fails... hopefully this does fix it
