I may have figured it out. 2821895 supersedes 2771431, but only for windows 8 x86/x64, there is no superseded update for WS 2012, but 2771431 for WS 2012 is marked as superseded in WSUS, just there's not anything that actually does supersede it for WS 2012. So nothing for SCCM to import I guess. Import to get it into SCCM then?
