Yes, I've noticed that also.  I haven't had much time to look at it yet...

>From what I've seen, when a user has applications advertised to them, those
applications do not show up in the CCM_Application class.  Once the user
hits install, an entry is made in CCM_Application for that program and it's
installed.  When the program is uninstalled, the entry in CCM_Application
stays there, and it shows up in software center as available to install.

Someday I'll have time to play around with it and see if that's a real bug,
or if there's something I was doing wrong to make it happen.
