There is a dearth of information on how to do this out there and some information conflicts and this is so backwards to what I know of ConfigMgr. If I've read correctly (this is a native 2012 VDI farm and not Citrix)
1) Create Gold Image & Install ConfigMgr 2012 Client 2) Snapshot the image (Allows us to start the image up and patch it etc through ConfigMgr 3) Sysprep the image 4) Deploy as VDI ConfigMgr will understand that the duplicate GUID is from a Pooled VDI because of the tagging coming in that the system is a virtual machine and is not persistant . Please let me know if that's correct or if I need to stop the services andremove the ini and certificates before sysprep? Thanks James
