Have you had any WSUS or GPO changes recently ? Both of these can cause unknown enforcement state.

We made the June software updates available on June 19th with a mandatory installation and force reboot on July 7th, I ran the report on Monday afternoon and has 3001 computers compliant, running the same report this morning gives me 516 computers compliant? It seem that the compliant and enforcement state unknown numbers are messed up. I tried restarting the server and DB but still the same thing, anyone ever seen this?
