I got my terminology crossed. I meant, do you build a reference machine or do you use a build and capture task sequence? Some of our dev builds in Ghost have 40+ apps and average out to be about 50GB images. I could just make a reference VM but I would love the flexibility of a build & capture task sequence. The problem then lies with getting VS2008 or VS2010 and the such as an unattended install.
