@Surajit You can follow the monthly update cycle maintaining and deploying monthly updates by Monthly update packages and concurrently you can make a quarterly or halfyearly base package where you will be adding Monthly patches to that base package for every month and than in mid year u can evaluate this package on your clients . In this process you will be maintaining Monthly Compliance also and you can check the compliance state for other previous missing patches by regularing evaluating clients against the quarterly or halfyearly DM (for halfyearly base package) . 1 , Mothly Deployment Package-->Monthly DM Evaluation -->Gives Compliance for those Months Patches .
2. A halfyearly Base Package which will include past 6 Months patches--> Halfyearly DM-->Gives Compliance for last 6 Months Patches Also keep Updating your Half yearly package and keep only last 6 Months patches in that package . I hope that helps you ... If you need a proper doc on this process jus mail me @ [email protected] On Thu, Jul 18, 2013 at 1:58 PM, Mukherjee, Surajit < [email protected]> wrote: > Can anyone guide on the best process followed on SCCM 2K7 software > updates for MS Windows to have 100% compliance?**** > > ** ** > > Thanks in advance,**** > > Surajit**** > > ** ** > _____________ > The information contained in this message is proprietary and/or > confidential.
